Shipping + Returns

When will my order ship?

We ship orders out of our warehouse Monday through Friday. We aim to get your orders our within 2-3 days of order, often faster. *On Fridays, the shipping team works shirtless. Enter the warehouse with caution or excitement.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

It depends where you live and what shipping method you pay for. Free shipping in the USA takes about 3-5 business days. Read up on the rest HERE.

How can I better protect my package?

We've teamed up with SavedBy to offer shipping insurance. SavedBy typically covers lost, damaged, or stolen packages. Check out their site to learn more about their policies for claims.

I need to return or exchange my Pit Vipers.

I returned something, when will I be refunded?

Once we receive your return, it will take us about 3-5 business days to process your refund. You’ll get an email notification when we do.

Order Issues

I need to change my shipping address.

We are unable to change shipping addresses once an order has been placed. Email your order number and correct address to frank@pitviper.com ASAP and we will try our best to help.

Where is my order confirmation email or tracking number?

Many email services think we are inappropriate. Check your spam folder. Tracking numbers will send once your order has shipped out, and may also be hiding in your “spam” or “promotions” folders

You sent me the wrong Pit Vipers.

Sh*t. Email returns@lab4.co.nz your order number and a picture of the item(s) you received.

My Pit Vipers don’t float.
